To build your own stand you just need a few sizes of lumber, screws, outdoor wood glue, tools, and a few other odds and ends.

To begin build the framing for the planter boxes at both ends of the plant stand.

Prepare the fence pickets. I like using cedar wood; because, it's cheap and resistant to rot.

Attach the cladding to the planter boxes first. These should be the same width as your planter boxes.
