Learn how to make a raised garden bed with this step-by-step guide! Each DIY raised garden bed costs less than $50 to build yourself!

Grab a few sizes of lumber, some metal corner brackets, some landscape fabric, and a few other supplies and tools to make these beds.

Rip the fence boards to 5" wide with a table saw.

Assemble the short ends by cutting the fence pieces in half and attaching them to one of the 2x4 pieces cut into four pieces.

Assemble the long side like the short side, but add another 2x4 piece to the middle for support.

Attach the metal corner bracket on each end of the long sides.

Add landscaping fabric to keep the soil in garden bed and protect the wood from moisture.

Assemble the garden bed by attaching the sides using the metal corner brackets.

Install the raised garden bed.

Now get to planting in your new DIY raised garden bed!!
