Make your own custom wooden name puzzles with a laser cutter! Add fun colors or patterns for a personalized name puzzle any kid will love!

Create your cut design in xTool Creative Space using bold rounded letters.

Cut the design into the wood and acrylic.

Assemble the layers of the puzzle. The acrylic version is the quickest.

I assembled the MDF version of the puzzle using superglue.

Now the puzzles are ready to be assembled.

These puzzles double perfectly as decoration as your little ones get older.
